Chegou o Verão… Conhece a sensação de encher um colchão de praia furado com aquelas bombas de pé que se começa por accionar com o pé esquerdo, depois passa-se para o direito, depois recorre-se às mãos mas o colchão está sempre mole? Depois de me inspirar no Congresso da Automotive News Europe calcei os sapatos do Cliente e fui comprar um Nissan Qashqai e um Dacia Duster. Mas o que é que automóveis e colchões de praia têm em comum?

We configured a Seat and a BMW on their respective websites and headed to two dealerships so as to discover the live product and get the best price conditions. Get to know an experience that shows how the auto retail can perish and another one that shows how it can survive!  Out of verve to fight out the crisis? Come and buy a new car in one of the toughest markets in the world! Around here, an Audi A4 1.8 TFSI costs twice as much as it does in Portugal and the “right to purchase” must be requested to the Government… We wonder if the Sales Forces compensate this really dissuading context thus providing fantastic purchasing experiences. “World Shopper” visited Audi, Kia and Mitsubishi Dealerships in Singapore. In our luggage, we brought confirmations and, most of all, new leads to support the building up of an ideal dealership experience!
