The perfect knowledge of the Customers needs and the quality of the operators offer, the permanent follow-up on the evolution of the auto sector and the new skills that were meanwhile acquired, caused that, in 1993, the company would embrace the production of the first Mystery Shopping studies ever carried out in Portugal, regarding the automotive.
